We are currently in the process of moving all inventory to a new fulfillment partner who meets our standards for speed, reliability, and accountability.

This emergency transition began on June 5th, 2025, and our team is working around the clock to complete it as quickly as possible.

What This Means for Your Order

  • If you’re waiting on an order, there may be a short delay while we finalize the transfer.

  • Once the new facility is operational (expected within days), all pending and new orders will be processed and shipped with priority.

  • You will receive full tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • You will receive additional compensation in store credit if your order has been delayed for longer than 14 days.
