Where is my order?

Important Update on Product Delays

Hi everyone,

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize if you've experienced delays with your Rudest orders following our crowdfunding campaigns. We truly appreciate your patience and support during this time.

If your order has been delayed, it’s likely due to one of the following reasons. Rest assured, we are working diligently to resolve all outstanding orders, including all preorders for our shorts:

  1. Preordered Shorts or Indiegogo Orders: If you preordered the shorts or placed an order through our Indiegogo campaign, please double-check the release dates, particularly if you’re located in Australia.

    Our products are now in the USA. We are now clearing the customs in the US and expect the shorts to be delivered to our warehouse on the 18th of October and ship all remaining orders straight away.

    We have 8 orders in the UK still waiting for the black shorts in size M and we are going to ship these to the UK as soon as our US shipment clears the customs.


    We apologize to everyone affected by this delay, and we understand that some of you may have missed the season. We hope you'll still love your products once they arrive.

  2. Orders Containing Ombre Socks: If your order included the Ombre socks, these items arrived late at our warehouse.

    We have around 15 orders still waiting for those in the UK and expect these to ship by the end of October.

  3. Warehouse Stock Issues: If you placed your order while we were experiencing stock counting issues at our warehouse (primarily affecting UK orders from July, August, and September 2024, and some US orders in September 2024), please know that we are actively resolving these problems. We have moved additional stock from the USA to ensure all affected orders are fulfilled. There is no need to worry—we have enough stock to cover all orders.

    We expect all US and Australia orders to be out in just a few days, most likely by October 22nd.

Please also be aware that we currently have a backlog of over a week for responding to emails and WhatsApp messages due to the above issues. However, there’s no need to worry about your order status—we are tracking all orders in real time and ensuring they are fulfilled as quickly as possible.

This is a temporary challenge we faced due to cash flow issues, which delayed our ability to ship all products at once from our supplier. To address this, we have now secured investment, ensuring that Rudest is backed by the necessary funds to continue operations smoothly.
