When purchasing products that are not yet in stock, you accept that the stock will arrive at a later date and your order will ship once the stock is available.

Returns & Free Shipping Adjustment

If you return items for a refund that were originally shipped with free shipping and your remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the relevant shipping fee from your refund.

Customs and Additional Fees:

Customers outside the USA & Australia should be aware that customs clearance procedures and fees may apply upon receiving the item. We do not cover any additional customs clearance costs. It is advised that customers check with their local customs authorities about any potential charges before placing an order.
